| ADDITIONAL FEES AND COSTS: Our training courses are
designed to include all major costs of completing your training. This includes your hotel
during training, training materials, instructor time, simulator time and airplane time. |
| WRITTEN TEST COMPLETION: All our course fees are set on
the assumption that our clients will arrive with written test already completed. Although
we do have testing facilities at our site, and can administer the written test upon
arrival, we STRONGLY URGE you to complete the test before arrival. |
| PAYMENT POLICY: A $2000 deposit is required to confirm a training
date. 30 days prior to your training date, we will need additional deposit to total 50% of
the full course fee. The remaining balance will be payable in full on the day your
training begins. Payment may be by credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, or AMERICAN EXPRESS), International Travelers Check, wire transfer or Cash. Unfortunately, we cannot accept other forms of checks drawn on banks outside the United States. |
| REFUND POLICY: In the event you need to cancel your scheduled
training, we are happy to refund your deposit (less the cost of any training materials or
other services provided), ONLY if we receive notice AT LEAST 30 DAYS PRIOR to your
scheduled course date. Cancellations within the 30 day period will result in
forfeiture of the $2,000 deposit. The remainder of any deposit in excess of the
initial $2,000 WILL NOT be refundable, but WILL be creditable toward a future course date. We will be assigning a full time instructor for your training, and making non-refundable commitments for accommodations, therefore, no refund can be made for cancellations less than 30 days in advance. If you have to terminate your training prior to completion, for any reason, we will charge you at our normal hourly rates for training received (and accommodations used), and cheerfully refund any remaining balance. |
| DISCLAIMER: Our primary purpose is to see that you achieve your
goals during your training with us, and we will use every available means to accomplish
that to your satisfaction. However, we cannot be responsible for inability to complete your training as a result of equipment failure, illness (instructor or client), weather, or other acts of God beyond our control.
